About Event

The 1st Top50 UK Awards took place on 6th March 2025 at the House of Lords, celebrating 15 exceptional women in parallel with the launch of the WIM UK Chapter. Building on that milestone, this year’s Awards will recognize a broader spectrum of professionals and leaders across industries who continue to inspire and transform communities.

WIM is a global professional networking organization with chapters in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Canada, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Africa, and the UAE. Since 2011, WIM has proudly recognized over 1,200 outstanding personalities across 29 countries who have made remarkable contributions in their fields.

About the Trophy

The WIM Top50 Award Trophy is a distinctive symbol of excellence and a registered trademark owned by Women in Management. Crafted from Dolomite stone, each trophy is hand-carved in the historic kingdom of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka, reflecting the strength, resilience, and timeless beauty of women leaders.

Every trophy is individually registered and engraved with the winner’s name, making it a unique and personal recognition of achievement. Exported under a licensed process held exclusively by WIM, the trophy is not only a mark of prestige—but also a meaningful piece of Sri Lankan heritage.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – 2nd Top50 UK Awards 2025

📅 Event Date: 8th November 2025
📍 Venue: London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation policy for all ticket purchases (Individual and Group).

  1. Individual Tickets
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before 30th September 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a £25 administrative fee.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 1st October – 15th October 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made after 15th October 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Group Tickets (5 or 10 persons)
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before 5th October 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a £50 administrative fee per group booking.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 6th October – 15th October 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made after 15th October 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  1. Ticket Transfers
  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no extra cost. Written notice of the transfer (with new participant details) must be provided to the organizers at least 7 days before the event (by 1st November 2025).
  1. Event Cancellation by Organizers
  • In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the Awards Night, a full refund of ticket fees will be issued to all registered participants.

The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel or accommodation.
