Over two immersive days in Dubai, the program brings together 10+ Leaders from across the region, primarily Sri Lanka and nearby countries such as the Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Dubai etc, with the option for other C-suite executives to participate. Through a highly interactive and experiential format, participants will gain critical global insights, explore future-ready organizational models, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and translate learning into actionable and executable strategies.

Personalized Program Experience
This program is intended to be highly personalized, creating a special, high-touch experience where each participant receives tailored guidance, support, and engagement throughout their journey.
- Before – Program Lead will schedule 30-minute calls with each leader to understand their priorities, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring the program is tailored to their needs
- During – The entire program is designed to be a unique and exclusive experience. Guided group reflections will take place at the end of Day 1, followed by guided action steps and commitments on Day 2. Additionally, if other colleagues are available onsite, we could offer leaders the opportunity for 1:1 reflection and coaching sessions after Day 1 and/or Day 2.
- After (1 month or longer) – A 1-hour follow-up session will be scheduled for the group to reflect on their insights since the program, review progress on commitments, and reconnect with one another.

She has worked with an extensive array of organizations to build their capacity for end-to-end strategy execution, including Fortune 500 and global enterprises, governmental and non-profit organizations, social enterprises, startups, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. With vast experience in enterprise transformation and strategic planning, including leading large-scale transformations and teams, she has a distinguished track record of creating successful strategic business architecture practices worldwide. Whynde has also taught executive-level audiences around the world and helped countless individuals develop their careers.
Whynde is founder and managing director of the global management consulting practice S2E Transformation, helping clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and achieve their greatest visions for business and digital transformation in a practical, business outcomes-focused way. She also serves as managing director and senior advisor with Enlighten Advisory, a global collective of the brightest, boldest, and most curious minds to rethink the future of strategy, leadership, and impact.
