About TLM UK & Certification
TLM UK — International Certification Framework
The Respectful Workplace® Audit & Certification 2026 is delivered within an international certification framework associated with TLM UK and the UK Qualification Network.
The programme provides organisations with a structured pathway to assess, strengthen and demonstrate their commitment to respectful workplace practices.
The assessment process is aligned with International Finance Corporation (IFC) Respectful Workplace Standards, with organisational evaluations conducted by IFC-trained and certified Respectful Workplace Facilitators.
Following the evaluation process, assessment findings are reviewed through the established independent review mechanism. Organisations that meet the applicable requirements are eligible for certification under the TLM UK & UK Qualification Network framework.
Certified organisations will also be listed on the TLM UK website, www.tlm.org.uk providing an additional point of international visibility and recognition.
